Position: RN Home Therapy
Position Description

The Home Therapies (PD) Staff Nurse - RN is responsible for performing all aspects of Peritoneal Dialysis; and Home Hemodialysis therapy, including but not limited to: the planning and implementing of care for primary patients as assigned. Initiate, monitor, and terminate the treatments per unit policy; ensure all dialysis functions are effectively carried out; maintain a high level of patient care and safety. Responsible for providing a teaching environment of the training and education of the patient/family so that he/she/they may carry out all necessary dialysis functions in his/her home.
