Spooktacular Events occurred at FSRDC. PDC and VBDC on All Hallows’ Eve, or Halloween as it is commonly referred too. This global celebration on October 31 was developed from the ancient Celtic ritual of Samhain, which was, in the simplest terms, a festival celebrating the changing of the seasons from light to dark (summer to winter). Over time, Halloween evolved into a day of activities like trick-or-treating, carving jack-o-lanterns, festive gatherings, donning costumes and eating treats. https://www.history.com/topics/halloween/history-of-halloween
FSRDC and PDC hosted a potluck for employees and enjoyed dressing up for our patients! The 80’s theme went over quite well in Fort Smith. VBDC had a pumpkin contest and ended up with some very creative entries. Enjoy the pictures!
