On Tuesday, February 27th, Fort Smith Regional Dialysis Center headed south to Poteau Oklahoma to attend Kiamichi Tech’s 2024 Employment Expo.   Kiamichi Tech offers a wide variety of medical programs that align with FSRDC’s employment needs; ranging from Emergency Medical Services, Medical Assistant, Home Health Aide to Practical Nursing.

The Dialysis Center was represented by a couple of staff members attending and sharing their knowledge about the dialysis process with Kiamichi Tech’s medical students. 

Like most employers, the Dialysis Center is challenged to hire and retain medical staff.  In today’s labor market, it’s not enough to pay competitive wages and offer good benefits; employers have to go beyond the status quo to meet employee expectations.  You have to offer “A Great Place to Work”, you will find that at FSRDC.
